ACS Drive-In Concert Event

The Teams will be set up on route and you may stop by in your car and purchase the goods from them to support their fundraising efforts.
We have set up an Event Bright event so you can purchase the items ahead of time to minimize the contact with participants.
The schedule is below (It could change slightly but right now this is it)

3:00- 4:00 – Soft Opening (Participants and Survivors can visit the team and survivor/caregiver pick up area)

4:00-4:30 — Opening Ceremony and a Butterfly release for the our beautiful survivors and those we lost (Survivors will be doing a butterfly release from either inside there cars or beside their cars)

4:30- 5:00 — Micheala Paige from the Voice will be performing

5:15-6:00 — Band playing

6:15-6:40 — Solo Act

6:40- 7:00 — Luminaria Ceremony

7:00 — Thank You’s and Fight Back Poem

You may bring your chairs and sit outside your cars to enjoy everything.
We will have a Survivor Pick up Area with shirts, medals, Gifts, Survivor Swag bag and a meal.
(May be a snack box or something from a restaurant as you know that it has been hard on our local restaurants)

We will mail out the Relay For Life Face Mask starting April 1 to the survivors who have registered by then.
